Our earrings are made from premium stainless steel with durable 18K gold PVD plating. They are nickel-free, lead-free, cadmium-free, and designed to be comfortable for even the most sensitive ears.


Can I sleep in my Fitzly earrings?

We recommend checking the backs periodically by gently twisting them until secure.

Can I change my order after it's has been placed?

Because we begin processing orders quickly, we cannot guarantee order changes after checkout.

My tracking hasn't updated.

USPS tracking can occasionally take 24–72 hours to update after your package has been accepted.

If your tracking hasn't moved after several days, please reach out and we'll gladly help investigate.

What is your return policy?

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are considered final sale.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

If your ears experience irritation while wearing Fitzly earrings, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.


What if I received the wrong item?

Please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We'll quickly send the correct item or arrange a replacement.


Do your earrings come with a warranty?

Yes.

If your earrings arrive with a manufacturing defect or experience an issue due to workmanship, contact us within 30 days and we'll gladly help with a replacement or resolution.
